1. Introduction

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the provision of remote PC support services by USPC Service ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client" or "you"). By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services

USPC Service provides the following remote PC support services:

Hardware Support: Diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades.

Software Support: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Virus and Malware Removal: Detection and elimination of malicious software.

Data Backup and Recovery: Secure backup solutions and data retrieval.

Network Support: Internet setup, troubleshooting, and security.

Performance Optimization: System tune-ups and speed enhancements.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth service experience, you agree to:

Submit valid ID proof (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and address proof (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) for verification.

Provide a signed copy of the Refund Policy to acknowledge your understanding and acceptance.

3.2. Cooperate with Verification Process

Allow our agents or associates to visit your doorstep for verification purposes.

Ensure all submitted documents are genuine and up-to-date.

3.3. No Charges Until Verification

USPC Service will not charge you until the verification process is complete and all required documents are submitted.

4. Service Fees and Payment

4.1. Service Fees

Fees for services will be communicated upfront and are subject to change based on the scope of work.

4.2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), and other secure payment gateways.

4.3. No Charges Until Verification

No fees will be charged until the verification process is completed and all required documents are submitted.

5. Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is an integral part of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Refund Policy, which includes:

Full Refund: If we are unable to resolve your issue within 14 days.

Partial Refund: If the issue remains unresolved after 30 days.

No Refund: After 60 days from the service initiation date.

This Agreement complies with the following U.S. federal and state laws:

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of Wyoming.
